Crossfuze Appoints Terry Pritchard as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management and Shawn Willson as Senior Vice President of North American Sales | national company

Crossfuze, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, has appointed Terry Pritchard as senior vice president of portfolio management. In this critical new role for the organization, he will ensure that Crossfuze’s portfolio of service offerings anticipates and successfully responds to market needs.

Pritchard has spent the past 24 years in various sales and management roles in the technology industry, including six years at IBM. First joining Crossfuze in 2017, he initially oversaw the company’s managed services business before becoming senior vice president of sales in April 2019.
